Only the most elite people will be accepted into the San Andreas Highway Patrol. Therefore we strive to always perform at our maximum and achieve all goals we set. The San Andreas Highway Patrol is a Department with honor and pride. Every Trooper of the SAHP should be proud to serve with the SAHP and wear the Badge, that is a symbol of greatness.

The Department sticks together like a Team, which enables us to suceed in every Task.

The 7 Moral Codes of the SAHP:

• Character: The qualities of moral strength, vigor, and stability.
  
• Integrity: The moral defense against corrupting influence.
  
• Knowledge: Acquaintance with facts and laws, combined with the awareness and understanding that sustain a Trooper through daily duties.
  
• Judgment: The ability to apply knowledge to the best advantage of all concerned.
  
• Honor: Highest esteem for the principles upon which the San Andreas Highway Patrol has been built.
  
• Loyalty: Faithfulness to the precepts of the Highway Patrol and to fellow Troopers.
  
• Courtesy: Respect for law and order and for the individual.
