Traffic Stops
Since the San Andreas Highway Patrol is specialised in Traffic Policing our Troopers encounter Traffic Stops a lot and are therefore trained in them.
Pursuits
The San Andreas Highway Patrol is involved in about 85% of all the Pursuits inside San Andreas, therefore the SAHP Troopers are Pursuit Experts.
Traffic Collisions
Sadly San Andreas is National Leader of Ammount of Traffic Collisions. That is why our Troopers are trained to handle Traffic Collisions, no matter how severe they are.
DUI Enforcement
Our Department is trying to cut down on the tragic Traffic Collision Statistic by enforcing a lot of DUI Checks. That is why, as a Trooper, you will conduct a lot of these aswell.
Traffic Observing
San Andreas Highway Patrol Troopers spend most of their time observing Traffic on a Highway and making sure that everyone is driving safe and within the speedlimit.
Escorts
As SAHP Trooper you will be trained for an conduct a lot of escorts across the States Highways. No Matter if it is a VIP or, sadly, a fallen Brother.

Once you apply for the CopsRP San Andreas Highway Patrol, you will recieve an e-mail if you have been invited to an Interview or not. If you've been invited, you will see when that Interview is going to take place and where it is going to take Place. If you pass the Interview and get accepted into the SAHP, you will have to go through the Cadet Phase with a lot of Training to ensure your Professionalism before you will be made a San Andreas Highway Patrol Trooper.
Opportunities within the SAHP
Motorcycle Unit.
As a SAHP Motorcycle Unit you will be driving the BMW R1200rt Motorbike. While on-duty you will mostly conduct Traffic Duties.
SWAT Trooper.
As a SAHP SWAT Trooper you will be brought into dangerous, life threatning Situations to restore order with your trusty M4 Carbine Rifle.
Aviation Unit.
As a SAHP Aviation Unit, you will be our Eye in the Sky. You will inform Troopers about locations of Pursuit Suspects, Traffic Collisions and many more.
